We age our organic pure Vermont maple syrup in bourbon barrels we source from small, craft distilleries. As the maple syrup rests in the previously-used charred-oak barrels, it mingles with the spirit that once resided within. The result is a pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose, with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel, quickly softened by the rich, silky-sweet smoothness of our select Amber Rich maple syrup.
